Where is the facility located?

500 Hilltop Rd, Billings, MT 59105. Our property is one block off of Main Street, next to First Interstate Bank, and at the corner of Montgomery and Hilltop. For more information about our location (and for driving directions), check out our facility page.

 

How much do your storage units cost?

The monthly rate will depend on the size you select. We have conventional units ranging from 5’x10’ to 12’x25’ and parking spaces ranging from 10’x20’ to 12’x36’. You can be confident that our rates are much more reasonable than many other companies in Billings.

 

What are your gate access hours?

Our access hours run from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day of the week!

 

What do you mean when you say you have an onsite manager?

An onsite manager is a manager who lives on the property and is available 24/7. Facilities with onsite management typically experience less criminal activity than those that do not.

 

When is your office open?

You can drop by our office between 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday. If you’d like to meet with our team on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, simply call and set up an appointment.

 

Do you offer an airport shuttle?

Yes, we do! We’re located close to the airport, and we’d love to shuttle you there and back. Several of our customers utilize this service.

How does the airport shuttle service work?

Rather than paying for expensive airport parking or relying on someone else to be your ride, simply call our office. You can park your car on our secure property for as long as you’re gone, and our friendly manager will bring you back to your car when you get back in town.

 

Is your storage facility secure?

Absolutely. Some properties in the Billings area have had problems with break-ins, but we’re proud to say that we keep our customers’ belongings safe. We accomplish this feat with security cameras, perimeter fencing, keypad entry, and onsite management. We’re also more secure because our access hours end at 9 p.m., therefore eliminating property activity in the middle of the night.

 

Is your property dry?

It certainly is. With all the recent incidents of flooding, moisture buildup, and water run-off in the community, we want to confirm that our units are 100% dry. We utilize snow removal services and paved driveways to ensure that your things stay in the same great condition in which they arrived.

 

What if I don’t pay my rent on time?

Our team is dedicated to working with you, and we have a reputation for keeping our tenants much longer than the average facility does. In the last three years, we’ve only had three unit auctions – and we’re determined to keep those numbers low. If you’re struggling to pay your rent, please give our office a call.
